Choose between two types of workshops
Both workshops have in common that they provide an opportunity for all project stakeholders to come together and contribute to the design of the new recycling center using ‘building blocks.’
When it comes to the development and establishment of a new recycling center, the process can be extensive and complex. Many factors must be considered in the design, planning, and operation of a future-proof and modern recycling center.
Our task is to guide you safely through the entire process, drawing on many years of experience in developing and establishing modern recycling centers. One of the initiatives that has proven to be highly successful is our unique concept of holding workshops very early in the process.

BASIS WORKSHOP With engineer
BASIC WORKSHOP
With engineer
In the standard workshop, your representatives (management, staff, etc.) will participate along with an engineer from Modulo Systems.
The standard workshop primarily focuses on the basic and fundamental needs for a well-functioning and efficient recycling center, with emphasis on technical aspects, design, and layout, rather than the visual expression of the center.
The workshop includes a presentation of the defined guidelines for the project. Following this, some ideas are presented as a starting point for the further design and layout of the recycling center. Participants are divided into smaller groups to work on and later present their proposed solutions. The advantages and disadvantages of each proposal are then discussed in a plenary session.
All parties are actively involved
We ensure that participants are actively involved in the process, contributing their knowledge and experience. We take an in-depth look at the entire facility, including the positioning of containers, facilities within or close to the site, and optimisation of daily operations.
The aim of the workshop is to create the foundation for a modern recycling centre. At the end of the workshop, a concept sketch is produced, which then forms the basis for the final project drawings, preparation of the quotation, the installation process and subsequent stages of the project.

With engineer, architect & designer
The extended workshop is attended by your representatives, together with Modulo Systems and Torstensson Art & Design.
In addition to everything included in the basic workshop, the extended workshop brings an entirely new dimension to the planning process, focusing on the visual expression of the recycling centre through design, architecture, graphic design, decoration and art.
If you want to place greater emphasis on the site’s visual and creative expression, aesthetics and overall appearance, while creating a more unique user and customer experience at the recycling centre as a whole, the extended workshop is the right choice.
Together, we create the foundation
The aim of the workshop is to create the foundation for a modern recycling centre that not only meets the requirements of efficient waste management, but also fulfils the ambition of creating a beautiful and welcoming place that people enjoy visiting and that inspires and delights its visitors. This includes everything from the choice of materials, colours and overall appearance to decoration and the integration of elements such as upcycled art, façades, natural ponds, green spaces and initiatives that promote biodiversity.
The extended workshop is based on close collaboration between your team, engineers, architects and designers, who all actively participate in the process with the aim of creating a recycling centre that is not only functional and efficient, but also visually impressive.

No matter which workshop you choose, we look forward to exploring creative ideas and collaborating on the creation of your future recycling center.

Together, we create your recycling centre
Our efficient workshop is a unique tool in the design phase. It is crucial in the process that all stakeholders are involved, and through the workshop, everyone gets the opportunity to contribute. This creates dynamism and activates ideas and solutions that might otherwise have been overlooked.

A successful workshop is the key
Our workshops are highly valuable and informative, providing participants with great insight and understanding of how a recycling center operates in daily life. A successful workshop brings together the participants’ different perspectives, working in harmony to achieve the workshop’s objectives.
Everyone is involved in the process
As a general rule, up to 12 people can participate in the workshop. The selection of participants is about ensuring the involvement of the ‘right’ individuals, to achieve the highest possible knowledge, decision-making competence, and quality in the areas relevant to the process.
The group’s conclusions form the basis for us to develop a sketch proposal, which will be presented to the management, and the way forward will be agreed upon. The proposal will be designed with future needs in mind, considering daily operations and customer experiences, while ensuring that both management and staff input shape the final result.
For both of our workshops, they offer the opportunity to interact and collaborate with experts within the specific field. However, the extended workshop distinguishes itself by including not only the participation of an engineer but also the involvement of an architect and, if desired, a designer.
