Flexible, modular and quick to install
The modules are specially designed, certified and fitted out for the storage of hazardous waste, ensuring that hazardous waste is separated and stored safely and securely. The modules can be combined to create exactly the size and configuration required. The interconnected modules form one complete, integrated solution.
All hazardous waste modules are based on the standard Modulo Systems module. The key difference is that the hazardous waste module is supplied with an integrated floor, making the module sealed and fully fire-resistant.
Modulo Systems’ modules and modular buildings for hazardous waste are quick to install. No foundation is required, as the modules can be installed on an existing level surface. If additional capacity is needed in the future, the solution can easily be expanded with additional modules.

We provide not only the building itself for the treatment and handling of hazardous waste – we also take care of the complete interior fit-out. Our solutions are turnkey and fully operational upon delivery, allowing you to get started quickly and safely.
The buildings are equipped with all the necessary fixtures, fittings and technical systems to ensure optimal safety, functionality and working conditions. This includes, among other things:
- Extraction lids, local exhaust ventilation and drums

- Oil handling stations and sorting tables
- Extraction hoods and vapour extraction

EXTERIOR
Facade Cladding
Our concrete modules can be clad with a wide range of façade materials, such as HardiePlank, Embla Wood and many others. Alternatively, the raw concrete can be left exposed, creating a clean and modern façade that enhances the building’s architectural expression.
Doors, Gates and Windows
Our buildings can be equipped with doors, gates and windows as required. Where fire protection is required, the modules can be fitted with fire-rated doors, gates and windows. As standard, the concept is supplied with BD60-rated steel fire doors, including double doors, single doors and smaller emergency exit doors.
Vores bygninger kan etableres med døre, porte og vinduer efter behov. Hvis der er krav om brandsikring, kan modulerne udstyres med branddøre, brandporte og brandvinduer. Som standard leveres konceptet med BD60-branddøre i stål, der omfatter både dobbeltdøre, enkeltdøre og mindre nødudgangsdøre.
INTERIOR
Interior Fit-Out and Equipment
The building is always fitted out in consultation with you to meet your specific needs. Ventilation, motors and other necessary equipment are installed before delivery, ensuring that the building is ready for use. Examples of equipment supplied and installed include ventilation with local exhaust systems for drums, oil handling stations, sorting tables, extraction hoods and much more.
Flooring
The floor can be constructed using containment trays and heavy-duty steel grating, making emptying and cleaning easy while ensuring an extremely long service life. Alternatively, a chemical-resistant epoxy floor can be installed to withstand demanding environments. In addition, a collection sump can either be located outside the room or integrated into the room itself via a cast-in drainage system, depending on specific needs and requirements.
Insulation
We also offer the option of insulating the building to meet your specific requirements for temperature control and energy efficiency.
